Hello readers, hope you're finding yourselves well this December, wishing you a fruitful and joyous holiday season! I just wanted to pen this little piece on our first releases at Lyrrs Music. We have a lot of upcoming music in the pipes but have already begun distributing a few projects from earlier this year, before our website went live. If you haven't already, you may be interested to check out my duo album with Neehar Ravi, under the artist name 0/10 (that's actually "nil in ten"!). Neehar and I come from worlds apart (Neehar having grown up in Kerala, India) and we hastily put this album together soon after meeting this year. There's a lot of quirky musical ideas in there, it's really a big eclectic instrumental mish-mash of things loosely bound within a roughly instrumental hip-hop-ish framework. In addition to that, I've published a bunch of solo tracks as Drowser, most of which are semi-distilled improvisations. My personal favourite track from that series of things has to be Relinquished. I have a lot of projects planned for the future, which I plan to take a bit more seriously than these initial projects, but there will also be a lot of purely fun and playful things too!
